    High CPU SVCHOST

I have a Dell M1730 notebook which is running on Windows Vista. This notebook has been working fine but now a fays it will become so un-responsive that it cannot be used anymore. There will be 50% and above utilization everytime in the task manager and because of that when I open any applications like Notepad then it will take several minutes to open it. When I boot into safe mode then there are no problems what so ever. Is there any fix for this problem? Thanks

Is there any process called GoogleUpdate.exe running in Task Manager, if so then end the process of it and then see if that works. Also can you check if there is a file in the C:\ikeext.dll file which usually has to be in the System32 folder and not in the C: drive root? If the details of this file differ then you should immediately scan your pc with some powerful antivirus software and check if this file is the root cause of the problem that you are facing. Hopefully, by eradicating this file you wont have the same problem again.
