What does ERROR_TRANSACTIONAL_CONFLICT in Vista means

I cannot send any text message through cmd. I tried a to do this a number of time but I am getting a error. The error code was 6800. And the message was - The function attempted to use a name that is reserved for use by another transaction. I hope someone can help here to find the proper solution behind it. I am having only 3 system in my network, and all are accessible on lan. I do not use any kind of specific security setup.

re: What does ERROR_TRANSACTIONAL_CONFLICT in Vista means

I am having a wifi network on my system. I was also getting a similar error. I am just testing the message thing on lan. I have 3 more computer. Later on I changed the ethernet connection and it worked. It looks some problem with the connection itself. You can test that on other and then see whether you are getting any error or not.
