I am running Windows Vista on my computer and when I am trying to do C:\Windows\system32>reg delete HKLM\COMPONENTS /v StoreDirty

then I am getting the following error: The system was unable to find the specified registry key or value.

What should I do to fix this issue?

If you want to fix this problem, use one of the following methods given in the below link. Or, you must be able to supply a user account name and password for an account that has administrative credentials.
