How to increase the File System Caching Memory?

I am using a Vista system which has 6GB RAM installed. I checked in the system properties where all ram are used. I want to increase the file system cache amount compared to what I have right now. It would help to improve my hard drive. I am using Vista Manager which shows me the system cache size. Can I use this to make changes.

I think the only better way to fix same is using cmd in Vista. You will need admin access for the same. The command for the same is - fsutil behavior set memoryusage 2.
