Registry key warning in Event Viewer in Windows Vista

I checked in Event Viewer. I found some warnings in it related to registry. I had freshly installed Windows Vista. It was a fresh setup and there was no issue at all. It is just some couple of days old. I had closed all the applications and even terminated a number of processes. I found two warnings in the same. The first one was about some applications which was related to a registry that was not working fine and the second was related to a application which fails load. I am not really sure about the same. Would it be better to ignore it.

You can ignore that until your system is working well and there are no errors at all. You had provided a very minimum information. The event viewer gives you detailed information on the error and the application which is causing the issue. If you find this suspicious then you must simply run a repair setup and then check back.
