Can't Connect to Printer on XP

I am using a Windows Vista on my system. It was having Windows XP before and things were fine before. After upgrading to Vista somehow the printer failed to detect. My Windows XP was working fine with that. But in Vista the printer is not at all visible. There is a error code -- 0x000003eb. I had installed the drivers also. The printer is actually on the network and it is shared by others also. I cannot hook that directly to my pc. Is there any way I can get the printer back. I am not able to work on it.

Try to map the printer. First you will need to find the driver which is compatible with Windows Vista. I think you are using the same old Windows XP drivers due to which you are getting error. First arrange a proper driver update and then check back. Later on you can try to map the driver. You said that you had installed Vista recently. You will have to add your system in the network with proper permission and ensure that your system has maximum rights to utilize network resources.
