    Nforce Networking Controller... Code 10

I have purchased a Compaq Presario F755US Notebook for a month now. I am trying to connect to my network but I am getting nothing, there is no activity logs and no message saying that anything is unplugged or so. When I went in device manager then I got a yellow exclamation mark that says "The device cannot start. (Code 10)". Vista also says that the media is disconnected and to plug in the cable. I have tried different drivers too but nothing is working? Any help would be appreciated.

It seems that you have the 'Atheros AR5007 802.11b/g Wireless LAN driver' in your HP laptop, so accordingly download and save the driver for that product from the below link and then install it in your laptop. Also, if you dont have internet on your machine then you can easily download it from your friends computer and then use it.

For that you will need the most suitable driver for the network card. Or else things does not work properly. To fix that right click on My Computer and click on properties. Go to Hardware > Device Manager and then right click on the network controller. Then just choose update drives. Follow the screen instructions. Windows will automatically download the drivers.
