Microsoft loopback in Vista

Can anyone guide me to use Microsoft Loopback card in Vista. I was using the same on Windows XP. But after Vista upgrade all the settings are wiped out and there is no way to restore it back. I had tried to contact Microsoft to get some assistant on the same but still it is not working. I am not able to configure the same on my local ip address. I want to add my printer on the same. I hope like Windows XP, Windows Vista is also having the same kind of procedure.

Here is a link that can help you to configure loopback in Windows Vista. The procedure is quiet similar. You have to just go in Device Manager and right click on your PC and choose Add Legacy Hardware. While in Windows XP you go in Device Manager > Printer and Other Hardware > Add Hardware.
