Need Help with Limited or No Connectivity

    Hey guys,

I have a ubee/ambit wireless router. It's one unit. The mode U100C022? Something like that. Well I have been trying to connect my wii to the internet and it wouldn't let me. In doing so, I was researching on my laptop what to do and I deleted my WEP code and typed other numbers in there, thinking it would change it. Well after that I have limited or no connectivity. I have tried hard resetting the router, using the winsock resolution and ipconfig. I also even factory reset my dell. -_- Still nothing.

In other attempts, I have tried re-installing network drivers and turning my firewall on and off. What I have noticed is that when bringing up the ipconfig, the default gateway is empty and I have an IP address that starts with 169. I have no idea what else to do. I feel pretty screwed.

    I hope someone can help!

    - Thanks

Since you are using a router, make sure you have the newest firmware installed. You'll find it at your router's website. Install it and the random wep code that have input will be erased of and you can again set up the router newly to connect all the devices that you want wirelessly. Hope that helps.
