    Outlook Web Access in IE7

I have windows Vista running on my machine, I am also using Microsoft Outlook Web Access via Internet Explorer its working completely fine with any problems. But recently I started facing problems, If I am trying to create a new mail ID So I can see a red cross Where I am suppose to type a message in the box. Can you please tell me is it a some type of bug, If yes then can you please tell me where I can search for the patch so it will start working again.

I think you're trying to open a message that is setup to compose in HTML Format and the graphic you wish to inserted cannot be found. You are getting Red Cross within the box itself. To resolve this problem you need to set it to Plain Text as the default outgoing message.

Well this is due to Windows Vista no longer support ActiveX control that is used for HTML editing in Outlook Web Access. To resolve this issues you need to download Microsoft Exchange Server hotfix from this URL. here

This hotfix will enable a New Editor in your Internet Explorer. This new editor will use Internet Explorer Iframe instead of ActiveX control. Once you finish with the hotfix 911829, You don't have to click in the compose frame in outlook web access before you start editing the text.

Mostly this problem is due to X that users are discussing mostly because they don't have MIME installed in your machine. So you need to download the hotfix KB911829 to resolve your problem.

Even you can try the other method to resolve this problem please check the below steps.
Goto Options on the bottom left side using OWA.
Scroll down to email security options.
Click on the update button, and start the installation.
Click Internet Explorer 7 and reopen, now you will be able to compose and edit emails again.
