gmail account

I’m struggling with adding my Gmail account to Windows Mail but getting some problem. Do we need to add www.gmail.com in the settings? When I try to add gmail account with entering this url and my password, windows mail don’t give any error but it cannot sign me as well.

Follow the help at http://mail.google.com/support/bin/topic.py?topic=1555 since you have to enable pop forwarding on gmail and there are some non-standard port settings that have to be changed.
