Error Code 800B0100

I continue to get error code 800B0100 when I attempt to download the
following updates:
1. Security Update for Microsoft.NET Framework, Version 2.0 (KB929916)
2. Security Update for Windows Vista (KB935807)
3. Update for Windows Mail Junk E-Mail Filter [November 2007] (KB905866)
4. Update for Windows Vista (KB933928)
5. Update for Windows Vista (KB93528)
6. Office XP Service Pack 3

I have Windows Vista Home Premium Edition operating on a Dell XPS 410
system. I have spent over an hour online with Dell technicians and they were
unable to resolve the problem. When I try to obtain help from Microsoft they
want to charge me an "arm and a leg." Can anyone out there help me?

800B0100 TRUST_E_NOSIGNATURE
A certificate chain processed, but terminated in a root certificate
which is not trusted by the trust provider

Contact MS from the information supplied below. Since KB935897 is a
SECURITY update, then you are entitled to no charge support for " issues
associated " with it. Same with KB92991.
Do NOT mention any of the other updates that will not install :

What has been tried so far?
Do these updates fail to download or fail to install?
Can you install them if you download manually via the link in the kb
article and install them manually?
