Try a search?
<title>Windows Update Version 6 error code list</title>

The update handler did not install the update because it needs to be downloaded again.

As usual I don't think that this code is very helpful without its context.
Do a search for it in the files that the update modified.
Hint: search your drives for files which changed on the day of the update
and sort by Date Modified then just scroll to the minute(s) that the update
was run.

Hello this error code says "WU_E_UH_NEEDANOTHERDOWNLOAD" so The update
handler did not install the update because it needs to be downloaded again.

Sorry, but this response is not helpful. I've tried to download KB947562 at
least two dozen times without success. I've turned off my firewall and
antivirus. I've done a restart of the computer to clear unneeded processes.
The update is recommended, but so far I haven't found out the secret of how
to download and install it.

So you've downloaded KB947562 at least two dozen times from
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=en
and still no success.
So the manual installation did not work for you.
Perhaps rather than using an old thread so to speak, perhaps you could have started your
own thread and given some details of what you have actually tried and also it would have
been nice to mention your OS. I have assumed Vista in this case due to the KB article.
Error Code 0x8024200D is:
SUS_E_UH_NEEDANOTHERDOWNLOAD
The installer requires more data to be downloaded
Usually manually downloading and installing the problem update fixes the problem. It
hasn't in your case so suggest your start a free Windows Update support incident request:

Actually, I did start one and got an almost immediate solution. Thanks for
your response.

I have been getting error code 8024200D for over two months now (case
#1071047387). At the request of Microsoft, I "obtained" another disk by
purchasing Vista SP1 from Best Buy even through my system had a licensed
copy. Microsoft's techs (not me) completely striped my machine and installed
my factory version of Microsoft Vista SP1. Not only has this cost me
approximately $300 in software replacement, but after working on this problem
for one solid week, losing all my HP factory installed software, having my
Microsoft Office believe that I have an unauthorized version due to
reinstallation, and reinstalling all of my applications; I'm still getting
the same error code. After a week's worth of effort, I'm far worst off than
if I would have just ignored this patch. Is it THAT important?

The installer requires more data to be downloaded
Did you try the manual download of the update?
If your problem isn't fixed continue with your support ticket which you have already
obtained.
