KB928366 Security Update won't install after downloading
I managed after many attempts by simply going onto a different server. I had
been trying unsucessfully on Google and the first attempt on Yahoo was
sucessful. I had been able to download but not install. .Netframework 1.1.
update.

Because of the update given - assuming Windows XP is your OS...
Updates are not installed successfully from Windows Update, from Microsoft
Update, or by using Automatic Updates after you repair a Windows XP
installation

Ignore the title... Try both methods and reboot. Visit
http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com/ and do a custom scan. Do not install
Optional Hardware updates. Come back - let us know...
