Update error 80072ee2 Finally Solved!!

I had this problem on a server 2008R2SP1 installed in Hyper-V.
Solution was to disable the TCP Offload feature on IPv4 and IPv6 in the adapter settings.

Unbelievable that 2+ years later there is still this problem. Uninstalling and then the automatic reinstallation solved the problem.

Microsoft has such poor error reporting and resolution - amazing. And I'm a big Microsoft fan and supporter...
