Items without name in Control Panel

I have windows vista home basic. since two days it is showing an item without name in control panel. click shows ony "create shortcut". You can see that in attached picture. AVG does not remove it. It is not causing any problem right now, but we have cases of crashes on campus since two days

OK ... look for, and tick or untick, hide files and folders.


I have all files/folders shown, Vista certainly has some err, unusual ones.

My advice, especially where my sister is concerned, is to leave 'em hidden.

Well no right or left click works
only massage u can get is create shortcut

To view that menu, press ALT+T then go to "folder options" >"view" > and then it's under "hidden files and folders"
