Microsoft outlook works, windows mail dees not

I have done all that "help" suggests. I can send/receive using outlook. I cannot send or receive using Windows mail. Suggestions please.

Try setting up authentication to your outgoing server on the "Outgoing server" tab for your account. If that doesn't work, could you turn on diagnostic logging (see http://support.microsoft.com/default...;en-us;Q300479 ) and post the OPMLog.log file

Window Mail is not rejecting anything. That message comes from the server.
Are you connected through weeannie1@kingwoodcable.net or some other ISP. That is not allowed.
