    windows vista photoshop cs3 crash

I get "Photoshop has stopped working" and then it gets out of Photoshop when i open 1 image or multiple files. Does anyone know why and if there have been any fixes or patches? I am using PhotoShop CS3 Extended on Windows Vista.

Post your system specifications like motherboard, processor and memory.

With 2 GB ram it is impossible to use photopost cs3 you also need more then 1 physical drive for swap file

    Good for a downgrade.

try changing your virtual memories on your pc. What this does is allocates some part of ur pc's hard drive and runs it as if it was ur RAM
First rightclick mycomputer and click properties.
then click advance tab > performance settings> advance tab> change under virtual memory
    check the following details
    recommended: and currently allocated

if the currently allocated is smaller then the recommended, then click custom size change initial to recommended size, & maximum to xrecommended size. & then ok> apply> ok> ok and if it asks to restart then just carry on and restart the system
