Even though automatic creation of restore points fails, i can still create manual ones successfully.
Some possible causes are:
- I converted from a 4 kb cluster size to a 16 kb cluster size
- I created a separate boot partition on the main hard drive because Vista will only recognize the necessary boot files if they're 4kb
- I run Diskeeper 2008
I've been working on this problem for ages now and i've got nothing. To be honest, i'm not sure if my computer EVER successfully created restore points. I'm at my wit's end. Anyone have any thoughts??
