As I understand right your program works only with audio files. ... VidCrop for video...

VidCrop PRO is a complete video cropper for various digital video formats. You can even delete unnecessary pictures and also the culture by managers, which gives a zoomed in, cramped image with much important video information. The video pieces can be saved in AVI or WMV format, you can pre-configure the audio quality and image, and add some effects such as zoom or protected areas.

Alternatively, you can use Bigasoft Total Video Converter. I am using it since long time and found it the best of all tools that i had used. It offers much more than VidCrop.

I prefer to use VidCrop PRO. It can crop video, resize it. VidCrop PRO supports most popular video formats *.AVI, *.WMV, *.MPEG, *.MOV, *.3GP, *.MP4. Result movie file would be avi, wmv, mpeg1, mpeg2, 3gp, mp4 and it will be controlled with width, height, frames per second and other codec properties.
