Sticky notes type of application for Windows 8.1

I need a application similar to sticky note. The one that I am using on Windows 8.1 is too basic. When you shutdown the pc and turn it off back all notes are gone. I want some good app that can simply store my data and through that I can also manage all my todo stuff. The best part of using sticky note is that it is simple. But it lacks a lot of feature. I want a similar tool but with bit more advance options. Does there is anyone who knows any similar application.

Instead of using sticky note I think you must stick with a todo list manager. There are ample of them. This todo list manager give you options to store notes and you can also simply mark a date on the same. If there is any important upcoming event then through the todo list manager you will get a notification on your screen. It is extremely simple to use. Sticky note is very limited in usage. And above that todo list manager works better.

This is a very easy to use software which has simple sticky note type of feature. You can hookup different notes on the screen. You can add your content on the same and keep a track of things. There are many application like this. One of them is StickyPad. It is also having the same kind of interface and it is easy to use.
