DVD Shrink error fail to read d:\ parameter

I am getting a dvd shrink error. I am trying to load a few dvd files on the same but it is not working. I had installed it today. I want to backup all my dvd files through this tool but it is not working. What should I do to resolve this problem. I had tried using this again and again but it is not helping. I hope there will be solution for the same. I already re-installed the software two times but still it is not working.

It can be due to dvd protection format. Did you tried any other working dvd with the same. I am sure that will work. If not then you have to try some other software. There are many available. This is just for testing that the error you are facing is no due to the dvd files. You can try using DVDFab HD. Try this tool it is free to use. If you get error in this software also them means the dvd files which you are trying to rip are protected and will not work.

This error is due to dvd protection. I had got this error before. If your dvd has some kind of drm protection then you cannot rip it. If you want to backup then you can try making a copy of that entire disc into a new one. There are many tools which will copy the same dvd into another one. And that will be a bit more effective solution. And if you try to rip you will get those errors. Try nero to clone the disc and see whether it works or not.
