cannot download and install Office 365 Home Premium

I have bought the legal copy of Office 365 for my Mac. I am also using Windows 8 on my computer but when I am trying to reinstall Office 365 in my system then I am getting some kind of error. I have tried many method to solve this issue by deleting files or turning off the firewalls but still nothing works for me. I am ending up getting only this error message "We're sorry, we can't continue because we weren't able to download a required file." Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

You will be able to install Office 365 suite on 5 different computers of Windows Operating system as well as Mac computer. Can you let us know from which website you are trying to download the Office 365 Home Premium? You can try to login to the office.com/myaccount and then check if you are able to see the office subscription account page or not. Incase you are able to see the account information then you can download Office 365 Home Premium using the below link:

Have you got any other version of Office suite like Office 2013 installed in your computer and you are trying to install Office 365 over it? If yes, then you can try to remove the first version of the Office completely from your computer before installing the Office 2013. You can download and run the Fixit tool to remove the previous version of Office from the below link:

I would suggest you to first restart your computer and then try to redownload the Office 365 Home Premium suite. If still you are getting the same problem then you can try to run the fix it from the below link to remove the Office 365 files from your computer:

Once you have removed that, then try to redownload the program again and install it in your pc.
