    Cab Files On Desktop

I seem to have done something silly and extracted a large number of cab files onto my desktop. When I click on them, there's no function to save them to anywhere else. It's taking up a lot of ram to have my desktop so cluttered, How can I resolve this?

    Re: Cab Files On Desktop

Can you try to remember what was the name of the cab file that you have extracted on your desktop. You will need to delete each files that was extracted from the cab file on your desktop manually since there are no other methods to delete that automatically. Cabinet files are used to organize installation files that are copied to the user's system. For more information you can visit this website - http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/l.../dd361921.aspx
