Outlook 2013 stuck at "Loading Profile"

I am running Windows 8 64 and have installed Office 2013 and using Outlook for quite sometime now and it was working properly without any issues. But from last 2-3 days whenever I am trying to open it, then it Outlook 2013 gets stuck at "Loading Profile" on the screen. I opened taskbar and killed the processes related to Outlook and even tried to reboot the computer but still I am getting the same problem. Can anyone tell me how to solve this problem? Thanks.

Even I was facing the same problem after when I upgraded Office 2010 to Outlook 2013. But I was able to solve this problem by repairing the Outlook 2013 installation in Add and Remove Programs. If still this doesnt work for you, then try to use the basic theme instead of the Aero theme on your pc and see to it that Outlook works fine.

I was having the same issue and I did all the method of restoring to previous state and also did the repairing of Office but didnt succeed. But later on after reading some articles I found that that this issue was caused due to bad .pst file that was used by an application called Copernic. So, after terminating this Copernic process from the task manager, Outlook started opening properly without any problems. Hope that this helps anyone who is facing similar issue.

It could be possible that there might be a conflict between any add-ins or profile corruption. So to solve this issue, follow the below steps:
    1. First of all try to open Outlook 2013 is safe mode by pressing the Windows+R key on the keyboard.
    2. After that type Outlook /safe and then click ok.
    3. After when Outlook 2013 opens, disable the add-ins by clicking on File and then going to Options.
    4. After that click on add-ins and select COM Add-ins which might be under Manager and then click on Go.
    5. Now try to choose the add-ins to disable and then click ok.
