Office 2013 and Office 365 installation problem

I have a desktop running Windows 7 and a Sony Laptop with Windows 8. Both are 32bit operating systems. Recently i downloaded a copy of Office 2013 Office 365. First i wanted to install Office 2013 on Windows 7 and Office 365 on my Windows 8, but surprisingly both the office suites failed to install on respective operating systems. Later i tried reversing the operating system and tried instaling 365 on Windows 7 and Office 2013 on Windows 8 but still the same problem. None of these office suites are ready to install on any of my systems? Any idea what could be the problem and how can i get rid of the same?

    Many thanks for your helps.

Hello HangOver, let me tell you that all kind of issues in Windows systems are easy to solve only when we know the exact error message. You have just said they are not ready to install, installation gets failed, etc etc but i dont think the installer just disappears suddenly from the screen, right? You might be getting some kind of error or pop up describing why the Office Suites cannot be installed, sisn't it?

So can you please post back those Error Messages here?

Ok sorry for the incomplete info dude. Actually my Office installation gets failed with an error message saying "integratedoffice.exe".

The same error appears with both Office 2013 and Office 365. Any help would be appreciated.

Microsoft has is well aware of this problem. Actually the complete error message use to be like this:

"Windows cannot find 'C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office 15\clientX64\integratedOffice.exe'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again."

There are actually two solutions for the same. First either you can simply download MS FIX It which will automatically fix the problem. Most of the time people get their problem fixed with this but in case Fix It dint work for you than you will need to re-install the Office.
