PC suite for SPICE stellar Mi 425 android 2.3

Hi,
I recently purchased spice Mi425. I need to access internet using this phone as modem. can someone please help me where i will get Pc suite for this?

Phone name : Spice Stellar Mi 425
Phone runs on android 2.3
My laptop runs using Windows XP

I have heard that Karbonn A9 's driver can be also used for SPICE Stellar Mi-425 because they both have same hardware or so. So first search for ADB-Drivers_A9_Fonehacker and download it in your computer and then uninstall any other drivers related to the phone. After that follow the below steps:

1. After you might be getting a dialog box for installing drivers then select the second option ("Don't install automatically, I will choose a driver to install").
2. After that in the next dialog, choose the option "Have Disk.."
3. Now you have to click on "Browse" and manually choose the folder containing the Karbonn A9 drivers
4. After that select the android_winusb.inf file.
5. It will give you some warning, select "Continue anyway" and the driver will be installed.
