mouse acting weird in windows 7 64 bit

I have logitech mouse and keyboard which worked fine with Win 7 32 bit version, but recently I have format and installed Win 7 64 bit and from that time mouse and keyboard acting weird like, if we click on any program it doesn't respond, it's not double click am just selecting a link or new tab in browser or some file that doesn't need dbl click. Also, keyboard win key i have tried to press that first with no response and dbl press the key opens up the start menu.

Tried logitech website for driver for Logitech mouse and keyboard win 7 64 bit, it is not available. Any help would be appreciated.

Well, this seems to be an issue with windows system file and to fix this issue you need to simply replace the USB.INF file in C:\Windows\inf. This USB.INF file can be either be found from another computer with the same operating system and copied-pasted or can be also found in the CD or download the same by googling it.
