    How to use OpenOffice on USB

    The OpenOffice is the great suite for the office work, and saying I am not referring only to the great quality of the application but also it work . but it consider bit lower than the Microsoft Office, and now the OpenOffice is an application package like to Windows office. It allow you work with Word files as well as spreadsheet data. If you frequently use Microsoft office, it might take time prior to you are familiar to OpenOffice features and functions. here is the link to file you need to install OpenOffice on a flash drive.

    Features

    1. it is completely detached from the host system (Windows);
    2. do not dirty up your registry (Windows)
    3. do not use local resources;
    4. uses many without installing additional fonts in Windows;
    5. Is completely customizable
    6. lets get back to factory default settings with great simplicity. Just remove (or rename) the folder "Settings" and "Fonts" from the same portable and eliminates your changes;
    7. allows saving, in the respective Microsoft formats (. Doc,. Xls,. Ppt), from Writer, Calc and Impress, as set by default in order to increase compatibility with the Microsoft Office used too;

    it is not like the Microsoft Office, which is actually the multiple application that are loosely interconnected. The OpenOffice I s actually on big application with multiple functions. So, still if you were to just install Writer and Calc, it might just save the you a grand total of about 9MB. Plus it would be one extra full distribution to support .
