QuickTime frame controls unable to function on lion

I play the video using QuickTime in my lion. But the fact that I can’t access any of the frame controls.. I can’t even minimize, maximize the window. Nor can close and drag it. When I am trying to click any of the controls it brings the finder in the foreground. There after the QuickTime will not respond to any of the any further mouse. I tried with uninstalling the stuffs like Perian and Flip4Mac but the result was the same, please help?

This problem is same as mine. To disable the round corner in the QuickTime there are terminal commands back in your snow leopard. I have set it to default then unresponsive controls were fixed.
Then I have copied the things inside the quotes (without quotes) and past in terminal and then pressed return.
    "Defaults write com.apple.QuickTimePlayerX MGCinematicWindowDebugForceNoRoundedCorners 0".

I have downloaded the Lion beta version. After that under the QuickTime section there is ‘parameters’. In parameters there is a button ‘restore default’. Then i can restore the default. After changing these I can grab all the frames as I was to before.
