After looking at your question I will suggest you to first check whether Hamachi.exe is running in your computer or not? you have to also select “Always show” option for hamachi from system trays setting. May be after doing that your problem get solved.

To select “Always Show” option you have to first right click on task bar and then you have to select properties. Now you have to select Taskbar tab. After that click on customize button and after clicking on the customize button you have to look for the Hamachi and then click on the dropdown box. Now select always show option and then click on OK. after clicking on OK you have to check whether icon appear on system tray or not?

As far as I know after trying this solution your problem will get solved.

In my case setting LogMeIn Hamachi Tunneling service to start with window does not helped me and after that my friend have told me that we have to also set auto start option for "SSDP Discovery Service" along with LogMeIn Hamachi Tunneling service and then I have set auto start option for SSDP Discovery Service also then my problem get solved.

Yes you have to also set SSDP Discovery Service to auto start with windows. I was also facing same problem and then have set LogMeIn Hamachi service and SSDP Discovery Service to auto start and after restarting the computer problem get solved.
