"Failed to connect to Hamachi servers" error with Hamachi 2

I have recently downloaded and installed Hamachi 2 in my computer and it was working properly but suddenly it has started giving me problem. Now I am not able to connect Hamachiserver. Whenever I try to connect at that I get error. Now please tell me how to fix this problem.

In your computer have you done any changes in the Firewall setting? If you have done changes then that can be problem/ I will suggest you to turnoff the Firewall in your computer and after that check whether you are able to connect you the Hamachi server or not?

You should delete the service configuration content and after that you have to turn off LogMeIn Hamachi Tunneling Engine. After that you have to start Hamachi 2 and then check whether your problem get solved or not?i think this trick will resolve your problem.

If you don’t know about how to turn off LogMeIn Hamachi Tunneling Engine service then you have to follow this steps. Open start menu and then you have to go to click on run or you have to press windows +R key. Now you have to type services.msc and then press enter. Now after that you have to locate LogMeIn Hamachi Tunneling Engine and then right click on that and then turn it off. After that you have to start Hamachi and then check whether your problem get solved or not

According to me after trying this solution your problem will get solved.

Thank you for replying me turning off the firewall does not make any difference. now after that I have tried to delete the service configuration content but I don’t kjnow from where to delete that. Please let me know from where I can delete service configuration content?

You have to first follow these steps.

• Open Hamachi interface.
• Now after that you have to go to the system.
• Select preferences.
• Choose setting.
• Under advance setting you have to scroll to disk location.
• After that you have to click on service configuration.
• Select open.

Now you have to delete content from this folder.

If above solution does not help you to solve this problem then you have to uninstall Hamachi and then you should remove account preference files and then restart the computer. Now install Hamachi and then check what the result is.

Yes uninstalling Hamachi and deleting the account preferences can solve this problem. I was also facing same problem and then I have uninstalled Hamachi removed account preferences and installed Hamachi again and then my problem get solved.
