re: Corrupted file of Another Earth while running anyDVD

I have downloaded the latest version of the AnyDVD. The latest version is AnyDVD 7.0.2.0. It seems to be the original (Region 1 - from the Blu-ray/DVD combo pack). It is working perfectly in my system. I also used DVD shrink and Nero to see that it work in my computer. I don’t find any of the problems with these.

The problem may be due to various issues. Create an AnyDVD logfile. A log file is very compulsory to get meaning full help. It clears where the exact problem is. You have to attach your AnyDVD zip file with the paper clip.

To create a log file follow certain steps, but before see that anyDVD is running. The steps are:
    1) Keep the original disk in the optiucal drive or reader.
    2) Then wait till AnyDVD scans the disk
    3) Right click on red fox icon which will be present at the lower right tray.
    4) Then from there select "Create Logfile".
    5) It will take some time to create the log file
    6) You will get a pop up screen. In that the location of the AnyDVD file will begiven.
    7) It will be saved in myDocument folder. These will be the file "Anydvd_Info_<DVD TITLE>.zip"
