Using imgburn gives ‘Failed to Read Sector 293589’ error message

Whenever I try to burn I get an error message. The same error message occurs no matter what ever I try to burn. The error is ‘Failed to Read Sector 293589’ message. I have checked that imgburn provide several burn speed i.e. 10x, 16x, 20x or 24. But I have tried only 10x.Please help?

These error means that there is some problem with the drive itself. Most of the time the problem may be from firmware . Just see the CD’s you are using and confirm that it is a Verbatim CDs. Just see and try cleaning the drive lence.

There may be chances that the driver you are using is old and it doesn’t know the new media file or the imgburn version. So see that the driver is updated. See that the problem is solved. If not then
