How to remove New Theme window from OpenOffice?

I am running OpenOffice on my computer. I am having extra set of windows which is located at the top of text window which is located at under the toolbars named as New Theme. From the top left hand corner there was list of things which I can use to create fancy back ground. I have consolidated into single bar and there was lots of row dots. I wanted to get rid out of them let me know if you know anything about it. Thanks a lot in advance.

In this particular situation you have to click on Tools from the OpenOffice and click on Gallery option.
If above mentioned thing works for you then let me know as early as possible.
