VMware is getting stuck at 100% CPU usage till awakes from standby

whenever I am launching Virtual Machine on my computer the vmware-vmx process is getting stuck at 100% until and unless I am putting my Mac in standby and wake it up. After that process is getting back to the normal CPU usage. This particular issue is happening with both Mac OS X version 10.6.8 and 10.7. I could not find out whether the issue is associated with hardware or software issue.
is there anyone who encountered the same issue?

I am not sure about it but it is associated with something related to storage devices which were triggering storm of the interrupts on SATA controller which VMware Fusion supposed to handle. Usually it is causing 100% CPU utilization and poor VM performance. There are users who have noticed drastic changes in CPU consumption whether the host is connected with AC power or on battery.

We are aware of the System storage configuration is well known for resulting into the 100% CPU utilization by using vmware-vmx. Most of the poepl are saying that issue is happening because of host sleep/wake cycles and making use of wired networking,
If your system is having this kind of configuration than it is about happen such kind of the problem on your system. if you are having SSD in your hard disk and/ or your hard disk on optical bay then there are chances of triggering of the problem.

Well I recommend below mentioned solution to fix the matter of yours.
You have to go for choose Utilities from the Finder's Go menu.
You have to launch Terminal from the Utilities folder. Now run below mentioned command on the terminal.
