mspaint.exe not working on Windows 7 Home Premium

I get the "Save As" box when i open up Paint. Anybody have a replacement for Paint?

I dont know whats the cause for this problem, but i know how you can get rid of this. Just download Mspaint.exe from here and install. Once installed, move it to C:\WINDOWS\system32. Thats it. Now better create a shortcut, cut / paste it to desktop for your convenient.
