Adobe Flash 11.0.1.152 not showing Device fonts

I have collection of SWF files published for Flash player 10 & 10.1. The good thing is they are working fine on FP 10.3.182.10. I am using it in both Safari and Firefox on my Mac OS X. SWFs have code to show device font ("_sans") for several languages. For example Greek, Russian etc. Now the new Flash upgrade to version 11.0.1.152 does not showing some device font text. In some places it is appearing properly but not everywhere. If I switch back to 10.3.182.10, it works, but now in newer. I tried Flash Player Debugger as browser plug-in but still the same problem. Does anyone have a solution?

It seems like there are few "technical problems". If not, the text there should be handled in different ways. Device fonts are got to be opposed from using. Device fonts are somewhat similar to text in the form of HTML and simplified.

In Flash Player 10, there is a great new feature added by Adobe developers and that is you can now rotate dynamic text generated by the use of device fonts but you cannot rotate the embedded fonts in the SWF files. Here I don’t know what you are talking about. In SWF files, there are only Embedded fonts, not the device fonts.

I don’t know why you want to use Device fonts, as you can easily use Embedded fonts in SWF. Anyway first check whether font format is supported or not. If it is an unsupported font format, then there is no way the system or browser can display it. As far as I know the Mac OS X supports the following font formats:
    • .dfont
    • Multiple Master (Mac OS X 10.2 and later only)
    • OpenType (.otf)
    • TrueType (.ttf)
    • TrueType Collection (.ttc)
    • Type 1 (PostScript)
