Recently I have installed Acronis Backup & Recovery 11 in my machine and I got stuck into an issue which I had never seen before, nor in any previous versions. I have seen many posts regarding this issue but never seen any kind solution there. The problem is as follows:
I have enabled the email notification globally. This option was available in the machine options. Other than this I have also tried to set it up separately for a backup job. After all this I went to check the configuration. There was a “send test-email" button to check it and it worked without any issues and I got email also. But never get any email notification about the configured backup job. I know that everything is working fine and no errors but not getting email after the finishing of the job.
