‘Windows – No Disk’ error message when running Wubi 9.04

As I am trying to run the wubi.exe on the system I am getting an error message. It is something like ‘Windows - No Disk
    Exception Processing Message 0xc0000013 Parameters.’
After that I need to restart the computer to work on my system. Any help on the above mentioned issue will be appreciated. Thanks a lot in advance.

I am wondering that the issue is with the File system which you are having on system. You should use NTFS rather than FAT32.

The same problem was happening and got the idea of the root cause after doing lots of research work. I found root cause associated with USB SD/MMC/CF multi-card reader. Because all the cards were empty but the hard drive letters were assigned by the Windows itself. I used safely Remove Hardware from the system tray in order to eject drives connected with the computer. Once the drive letters are not showing up in Windows there will not be any confusion for Wubi.

You can try the following things and tell me what results do you getting.

It is already mentioned in this particular thread that one should remove all USB devices connected with the system except keyboard, mouse.

Now go for Device Manager and go for Drives and click on Find your USB flash drive.

After click on Properties Policies tab and choose Optimize for Performance and Click on Ok button.

Once you have done next step is to go for My Computer and search for the drive and go for Format after right clicking on the drives and after that choose NTFS. Finally click on the Ok button.

The above mentioned step will format the drive so you should take the backup before doing anything.
