    How do you restart the audiodg?

    I accidently deleted audiodg.exe file from my computer. Now I am not able to hear sound. How can I restart it again? Please help me !

    To restart the audio.exe follow these steps:
    1.Go to task manager
    2.Select “audiodg.exe” from the list of processes and select “end process”
    3.Now go to task manager, go to “File” and select “new task” .
    4.Just type “audiodg.exe” and your process will start.

    Audiodg.exe file belongs to windows 7 system files. You can repair it with Windows System File Checker (SFC). Here are the steps to repair it with SFC:
    Repair the windows file from command prompt at the boot:
    1.Go to boot menu and set CD Drive as first boot device
    2.Insert bootable cd after the “press any key” prompt select the “language”.
    3.Next select “repair windows” option.
    4.Now select the proper disk drive and click “next”
    5. Now you will see number of repairing tools. Select “command prompt” .
    6.In command prompt type :
    Sfc / scannow / offbootdir=c :\ / offwindir=c :\ windows.
    Now it will make attempt to repair it. to close the command prompt type exit and press exit.
