My computer unable to authorized iTunes after updating to Mac OS X Lion

After upgrading to Lion, when I open Itunes, it says my computer is no longer authorized, and all my music has gone out of my phone, and when I click "allow", it says it is authorized then I get the endless loop popup that says the team is not authorized .So I say, "authorize" and the pop says it is authorized end result is that my music files are mysteriously empty. Does anyone have a solution for this?

I have precisely the same trouble. Since I upgraded to IOS 5 the whole thing I've purchased from the iTunes Store will play entirely on my iMac (which I deauthorised and re-authorized).

Nevertheless when I attempt and transfer of movies and TV shows to my iPhone will not transfer and obtains a mistake saying the team is not authorized. Extremely annoying.

Go to your account page on iTunes and disavow all, then re-authorize this, others that are in use will also have to re-authorization.if you got any further doubt than let me know

One workaround is to do the following:

1. Delete the digital content from iTunes
2. Rename all .m4v files to .mp4 files
3. Add the files back to iTunes
