It seems that Eclipse is the nuisance here. 8.5.2 (And 8.5.3) crash and cannot reboot the Eclipse process hangs entirely and not be killed. Just download 8.5.3 CD5 which should solve the trouble.
Now it looks like the advance to 8.5.3 CD5 and a further parameter in the "Preferences" Notes file solved the trouble.
If you are an IBMer CD5 can download 8.5.3 if you are a customer must open a call that CD5 is not a public release so far. As for configuration, try adding POSIX_SEMAPHORES = 1 to ~ / Library / Preferences / Notes Preferences, perhaps that will lend a hand.
Guys, thank you now 8.5.2 has added Preferences POSIX_SEMAPHORES = 1 to / Library / Preferences / Notes the reset. Notes first run. I hope I used to give troubles .working fine for now.
IBM said that 8.5.3 is not released and they will not support Lion. They acted surprised that people already have 8.5.3. The appraisal published vision not work for me, after you restart the frustration of several of Lotus (8.5.2) until he made a total closure on my computer. Restart did not work. All right now!
- Lion Run my 32-bit mode
- Uninstall Lotus Notes
- Removed everything
- New Notes 8.5.2 installed - without any additional elements as' same time, Feeds 5.
- Added switch POSIX_SEMAPHORES
- Notes could use now
I went to add the line of code, but did not exist in my version, although I did the "Lotus Notes is the opening" text. So I tried to cocktail and not open, so then tried to "evey1", who pitched well. I fixed everything that had to offer onyx cache permissions, and restarted. Lotus Notes is open .
I have no idea how to get him or the steps. I'm running 8.5.2 with Lion 10.7.2 Notes and notes simply rotating the color wheel. I did the POSIS_SEMAPHORES = 1 so long ago and it worked fine until I updated to 10/7.2.
