Silverlight installation error 1603 on XP SP3 (with log)

I have read through previous posts, but none can solve my problem. So I attach my installation log here. Someone please help. Thanks a lot.

Thank you very much. But your link is still about clean uninstallation and registry permission, which is not my case, as I met this problem when I installed Silverlight for the first time on this system. I tried your methods though, but they didn't work. Thanks anyway.
