VMware Fusion 4- Zoom Effects and Eye candy

I am a former user of VMware Fusion (from 1.x equivalent or less) and I was happy to hear that recently released an updated software (sadly, no upgrade path was available to listen) - anyway, this is not debate this issue. How does one disable all the "Lion-and-eye-candy" that came with Fusion 4?

I'm running Leopard, and Fusion 4 - and when you go to VMware Library list, loads a machine that is suspended directly to full screen, then zoom and eye candy makes others - it takes a second or perhaps two, I really do not know. But I do know this is annoying as hell, and I'm dying slowly inside - every time this happens.

There is all specific animation that Lion operating system is to be blame, not the application. You're not the only one who does not like the animations of course. People have found a way to disable them permanently in Lion

Thanks for your reply - but as mentioned before, twice - I'm running Snow Leopard (10.6.x), compared to Lion (10.7.x) you're talking about. So I'm very certain it’s the application I am sorry for all this. Already, he said, I'm running Leopard and I have a Fusion 3 -> 4 upgrade Snow Leopard system, where they have the problem before the update.

Finally I am happy that my problem got resolved and also I got code to get animation back.

    Code:
defaults write NSGlobalDomain NSAutomaticWindowAnimationsEnabled -bool YES
