Backup and restore using virtual machine manager in Red hat Linux

Hi, I have recently installed virtual machine manager in red hat and want to back up the data that I have stored in the database, but as I am using the software for the first time, I don’t know how to do this, and apart from backup how to restore the backup data again?

Any detail explanation?

See while it comes to virtual machine manager there are so many thing that you can make backup of such as Virtual Machine Manager Servers, the SQL Database, Hosts and Library Servers, Hosts and Virtual Machines, Library Servers.

So it would be better if you specify perfectly as what you want to backup?
