The physical host is a Dell PE T410, again, no operating system installed. I activate the BIOS virtualization. I installed ESXi 4.1.0 Update 1 on the physical host. I twisted and created iso of it and burned in dvd .but still now working
So it’s almost certain that your host / ESX causing the problem. Without a ton more details that is difficult to diagnose exactly what is causing a 'loss', but I'm going around the bush and say that your image is the problem. Or not iso burned correctly, or the ISO itself is really bad ..
You have not answer the query about the assortment of Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2 as a visitor OS, however presumptuous he would attempt with a further Windows. Iso as a examination and observe if it works should be reduced if your problem is the iso or its configuration.
Do not place the USB key on the virtual server until the installer asks if you want to make a "clean install" or "migration". If you are in the installation screen to finish, you can remove the USB device from the virtual machine and will continue. Replace when it reaches the installation screen.
