Remove uTorrent icon from Taskbar

Hello,
I want way to completely Remove uTorrent Icon from Taskbar.So if anyone clicks on Show icon and notification button in the taskbar he/she shud not able to see utorrent icon but utorrent running in background.

I DONT WANT TO HIDE THE ICON BT REMOVE THE ICON AS UTORRENT RUNNING IN BACKGROUND...

If you are on Windows 7 (probably Vista too) here is what you have to do:
1. while utorrent is running, click the arrow in the taskbar to pop-up the hidden icons window;
2. click "Customize";
3. go to utorrent and from the dropdown box select "Hide icon and notifications";
4. click OK and you're good to go.
Please notice that the icon will only disappear from the taskbar, it will still appear on the hidden icons window.
