Installing Software in Safe-Mode

Okay, so my windows 7 has a virus... but the virus only affects my pc when NOT in safemode. Sooo, I just run in safe-mode all the time (with networking). But I need to install this pinnacle studio software, and i tried the whole cmd -REG ADD "HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\SafeBoot\Network\MSIServer" /VE /T REG_SZ /F /D "Service"

and I get "access denied"....

Is there any other way to install software in safe-mode? If so, PLEASE let me know:]

Well, even i dont know how to install apps in safe mode, but i do know how to uninstall in safe mode. Anyways, you should check out this article to know how to do the same:

Further more, why dont you simply format your HDD and do a fresh install of windows 7 ? Why working with Viruses on your system ?
