Fingerprint device wont connect to the system

i have developed a software for attendance management by fingerprint device using vb.net.


this software is running in client machine but the device is not connect to the system. this is my problem.



i did:


eventhough i change the ip address, port doesn't connect the device.

i am using zkemkeeper.dll file.

What is the make or model of the Fingerprint device that you have? You might need to download its drivers from its manufacturer's website and then install it in your pc. And what kind of attendance management software you have made? The kind of software that you have made should also support the fingerprint device, then only it would work or I suppose.
